African American Leadership Institute

The African American Leadership Institute (AALI) is leading the charge in shaping a brighter future for Central Texas. Founded in January 2021, this innovative organization is focused on cultivating exceptional leaders who are dedicated to making a positive impact in their community. Through AALI's unique programs and initiatives, participants are empowered to create meaningful change and foster a higher quality of life for all of Austin’s citizens.
